I’m 15, 5′4” and 97 pounds. I’ve been weight training for about 3 weeks now, 4/5 days a week with one hour of weight training and around 40-60 min. of swimming after. I eat a ham sandwich before training and frozen dinner with around 15-20 grams of protein after training. I’m trying to gain as much mass as possible during the summer.
