Workout With Wii?

Many of you are going to laugh, but if you just don’t feel like going to the gym today, it turns out you can actually get a decent workout with the Wii Fit system. No kidding! Ok, it isn’t as good as going to the gym, but it sure can be a whole lot more fun. With a nice mix of yoga, balance, aerobics and strength building exercises, it can give you a decent workout while letting you have fun and recharge your batteries for the next time you can manage to get to the gym. Give it a shot!

besides jogging.. because i am not good with jogging!!! i did it for a while like an hr every day and there wasn’t any significant progress
