I have a little bit of fat on my thighs and stomach and I want a flat stomach and thin thighs. The problem is whenever I exercise I build abs on my stomach instead of flattening it out. What kind of exercises would I have to do to lose weight instead of building muscle?

Experts say that exercise is great for the heart. On the other hand, they also say that when people are overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetes their heart works too hard. Then how is it that exercising and making your heart work hard a good thing? Can someone explain this contradiction?

What exercises can I do to get rid of back bulges/fat that are right where my bras sits? Is there a website that can show me pictures as well? I have a work-out band, which I love to use, so is there an exercise that can be involved with that? Thanks tons.

I’m really not into sports. I’ve tried badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and swimming, and I don’t like all of them. I’ve tried going to the gym, but I just can’t motivate myself to make it a habit. I’m trying to slim down a bit but I don’t know what exercise is good for me since I easily get bored with normal workouts and stuff. Can you recommend any fun sport/exercise/workout technique?

Okay, I dont mind the work out, its just that I need to make up an exercise plan to burn more than 2000 calories a day. Is that possible? Anyways, does anyone think that they can give me a plan for a week?
Also some advice on food would help. Such as I only really need to consume around 1000 calories a day. Any advice on what I should eat? -Yes, I know I’m putting my health in danger but its really only temporary. Just need to keep it up for around 4 days.
Thanks!
