I’m going to high school next year starting 9th grade and joining both cross country and wrestling, the second one being my most favorite. On the sheet it says weight training is for 10-12 graders.

The poundin of weight liftin will bee easier oh yes and stamina then weight liftin will bee able take the weights until they let now train with ur own body wieght wit exercises such as.

If you start weight training before your bones are strong enough your ligaments can pull off of your bones and cause permanant damage.
In otherwords you do not want your muscles growing faster than your bones, you will get all twisted out of shape.
