I’m about 6′3″ 215 lbs. I’m looking to start a weight training routine to build lean muscle. I want good definition, abs, pecks, big arms… the whole nine yards. What are some good supplements or proteins or whatever to take to help speed the process up? Also, where can I get them. I’d also like to know what types of foods to eat. Thank You.
