im a 23 yr old female. ive been weight training from the past 2 months. what would be the adverse effects if i concentrate only on cardio and completely discontinue weight training?

You should not totally stop weight training. It is a part of your fitness.
Cardiovascular exercise is necessary, but so is keeping your muscle tone.
