What exercise to do everyday at home to have better endurance?

I have a lot of snow outside of my house, so I can’t run outside,
but I’m looking for an exercise that can be done inside the house and that doesn’t require any equipment, if possible,

An hour in your neighborhood swimming also helps build up endurance.
i work out hard and play varsity football and baseball. in the off season to stay in the shape i jog every other day and lift the other days. go slow at first because your body is not used to it. but push yourself at the same time to get more endurance. don’t run everyday, i would say every other day that was you give your body a day of rest. that is the best way. hope that helps ya out
