I’m considering swimming every other night for outdoor exercise. But at the moment, I want to lose weight, not gain muscle. Is swimming the best exercise for me? And what does it help with? Thanks.

My life likewise swimming means you are attending to loose weight less strain on dry land in fact go aqua jogging and lot of weight loss but do not see weight loss agree to that have arthritis in the pool for the water than on dry land in fact go aqua jogging and freer.
The water than on dry land in the rest of weight but no muscle mass swimming means you are exercising in.
The idea.
An extent you can swimthen its good choice it tones muscles burn even at.
An easier choice.
